  4.1 The Seller shall make available to the Buyer the following documents:• Commercial invoice     • The following transport documents (BL) "Insurance Cost A"• Packing list    • FORM E (as defined by AFTA) in order to facilitate customs clearance in the Middle East, including the cost         of acquiring FORM E /FORM A Certificate    • Insurance documents   • Certificate of Analysis  • Certificate of inspection (SGS Test Report)  SGS   In order to avoid unnecessary dispute and protect both side from being treated unfairly by  the Middle East Tobacco Monopoly for accepting this inside paper for cigarette packet, ZHEJIANG YOUFENG PACKING MATERIAL CO., LTD must provide one SGS Surveyor inspection report certificate as mandatory requirements. Your company will pay for the cost of SGS Surveyor Inspection report.
